Stocking Filler Ideas For Kids With PoundToy

Christmas is  getting closer and closer, so I’ve been busy trying to put the last few bits together. I know you may be thinking ‘It’s November, what are you on about?’ but when I’ve learn’t the hard way that when it comes to kids you can never been too prepared. One of the things I always seem to struggle with is finding stocking fillers for the kids. I was so relived when I was offered the chance to review sound toys from PoundToy recently, a website full of toys that are ideal for stockings.

PoundToy is great as it sells a wide range of gifts, meaning there’s something for everyone one on the website. There’s a huge variety of different brands on there and toys start from a little as £1.  The website itself is really easy to use, their are different tabs such as the popular tab or you can also use the search option to type in keywords for what your looking for. The search option via keyword is where I started off as I knew what brands to look for first for the kids.

Little man is really into Hot Wheels, well that are superheros in particular Batman. So I used the search bar to type in Hot wheels and the first thing I saw was these SuperHero Hot Wheels Cars. I couldn’t think of anything more perfect for him, the Batman and Spiderman hot wheels cars looked awesome and the size made them ideal stocking filler presents.

Without fail colouring is always a winner in our house. My little boy has just started to get properly into it, however he struggles sometimes to keep the pen on the paper. So when I spotted this Planes Colour Wonder Mess Free pack, I thought it would make a great stocking filler for him. The magically mess free colour only appears on special Colour Wonder paper and by some sort of magic never on clothes, furniture or carpet…. meaning he can still enjoy the fun of colouring without the mess.

Once I spotted the Crayola Mess Free book, I decided to have a look as to what other Crayola products PoundToy had on their website. I type ‘Crayola’ in the search bar and it brought up a whole range of other crayola bits that were for sale. One of which was these Crayola Twistable pencils which I got for my little girl, as shes her current pencils seem to go blunt an awful lot. The Twistable pencils require no sharpening instead when the tips get worn down, you simply twist the end of the barrel and you’re ready to go.

If your kids watch and enjoy Youtube Kids as much as mine seem too, then I’m sure you’ve come across or heard of Blind Bags before. Blind bags are foil bags or a container normally filled with some sort of collectable toy which is hidden inside.  The kids seem to love them, especially mine, so when I came across these Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle ones and The Furby Boom ones I couldn’t help but by a few.

Last on the stocking filler list was this Trolls Shimmer Make Up Set. My little girl is getting to that age now where shes started to take a bit more interest in mummy’s make up. Having noticed this I thought a good stocking filler for her this Christmas would be to get her her own little bit of make up. Nothing to fancy just something she can have some fun with, like this colourful Trolls make up set below.

So there you have it that’s our Stocking filler choices for this year. I would love to hear about What you will be buying for your kids stocking fillers this christmas? Hopefully give me some ideas for next year too.

Disclosure: I was kindly sent the above products for the purpose of this post. However as always all opinions and views expressed are honest and that of my own.
